Dr. Sella Brosh is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of NVision Imaging Technologies and has served as CEO since its inception in 2016.

Before co-founding NVision, Dr. Brosh was a senior engagement manager at McKinsey & Company’s US Mid-Atlantic office, where he led global commercialization efforts for pharmaceutical and medical device clients, working with Market Access and R&D teams from top-10 companies to optimize early pipelines and implement value-driven strategies for innovative products.

lai Schwartz is the Chief Technology Officer of NVision, bringing a diverse background in R&D management, deep quantum physics and management consulting. He has over 15 years of experience leading technological R&D projects and product development.

Ilai is a McKinsey & Company alumnus, having gained valuable experience in corporate strategy and PharmaCo operations. He is an inventor of several breakthrough concepts in quantum hyperpolarization, having led the NVision development team in achieving the first viable, room-temperature polarizer for metabolic MRI. Ilai is the principal investigator on numerous high-profile hyperpolarized MRI projects. He received a MSc in Physics at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a PhD from Ulm University (Summa Cum Laude).

Martin B. Plenio is a theoretical physicist and Director of the Institute of Theoretical Physics and Founding Director of the Center for Quantum BioSciences at Ulm University. A leading figure in quantum information science, his research spans quantum technologies, spin physics, quantum biology, and the application of quantum physics to real-world systems, particularly at the interface of quantum science and the life sciences.

His work focuses on quantum coherence, spin dynamics, and advanced quantum control methods for nuclear spin hyperpolarization, magnetic resonance technologies, and quantum sensing.

Martin has authored more than 400 scientific publications with over 75,000 citations and is recognized among the world’s most influential physicists. He has been named an ISI Highly Cited Researcher and has received numerous international distinctions, including the Alexander von Humboldt Professorship, Germany’s most highly endowed international research award.

His pioneering research has also led to the award of two consecutive ERC Synergy Grants, BioQ and HyperQ, supporting groundbreaking work at the intersection of quantum science, biology, and medical technologies.

Fedor Jelezko is an experimental physicist and a pioneer in quantum spin physics, with broad expertise spanning quantum technologies, magnetic resonance, materials science, and biophysics. His work has been foundational to the development of spin-based quantum technologies and room-temperature hyperpolarization methods now used by leading academic and industrial research groups worldwide.

His research focuses on quantum coherence, spin dynamics, and advanced experimental control of solid-state quantum systems, bridging fundamental quantum physics with real-world applications in imaging, sensing, and magnetic resonance.

Fedor is recognized among the world’s most highly cited physicists and holds numerous patents related to quantum technologies and hyperpolarization methods. His research has received multiple international distinctions, including the Zeiss Research Award.

He has led major international collaborative programs and serves as principal investigator on two ERC Synergy Grants, BioQ and HyperQ, supporting pioneering research in quantum technologies, hyperpolarization, and quantum-enabled magnetic resonance.

Alex Retzker is a theoretical quantum physicist at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a scientific co-founder of NVision. His research spans quantum information science, quantum control, and quantum error correction, with foundational contributions to the development of scalable quantum technologies.

Recognized as a leading researcher in quantum error correction and coherent quantum control, Alex has developed pioneering theoretical frameworks for protecting and manipulating quantum systems in noisy environments - a central challenge in realizing practical quantum technologies.

At NVision, he has contributed key theoretical foundations underlying the company’s quantum technology architectures.
